Trainer Bio

Kelly Watkins

I’m Kelly, a certified personal trainer in Vancouver, WA, with specializations in senior fitness, sports performance, youth fitness, functional training, nutrition, boxing, and corrective exercise.

In 2004, I sustained a serious back injury in a motorcycle accident that required spinal surgery and medical hardware. That experience taught me the power of resilience, and today I bring that empathy and hard-earned wisdom to my coaching. I’m passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and gain the confidence to take control of their health.
